This is a truly useless tourist guide to Hungary. Apart from the fact that the tour book includes no information whatever on how to obtain current information about exhibits, museums, restaurants, hotels and other tourist attractions, there are also no useful details provided about the sights listed.
This book could have been written (and probably was) by someone who has never been in Hungary, and could easily have been based on articles written in an encyclopedia.
That's about how current and useful the data is. Don't spring for it. The Baedeker's Guide for Hungary is very poor indeed.
